Why Is Hand Grip Chosen Over Other Isometric Exercises For Cardiovascular Response ?

I am doing a project on cardiovascular response to isometric exercise , and I noticed in browsing the internet that several articles that undergo this similar topic all used isometric handgrip as their exercise modality. There are other isometric exercises, why did most choose handgrip?

Hello.
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic forum.
There are many other isometric exercises also like you can push a wall or try bending a thick iron rod or push your feet against the ground, etc. In hand grip exercise,it is commonly chosen as it is easier to perform and you can know that actually the force is being applied.
