Why I Am Felling Very Tired ?

hi i am 31 years old i have statrted felling very very tired like i cant explain very sleep exhusted cant feel my legs and arms at times i have 3 children need all the energy i can get wot do you think is wrong with me?

Hello, welcome to healthcaremagic. You should try to reduce mental and physical stress. Try to do exercise daily. It can help in improving your stamina. Improve your diet, avoid junk food and take a more balanced diet. Take small meals in frequent times. You should also visit your doctor to ascertain if you have not acquired any ailment like anemia, diabetes etc. Wish you good health.

Your symptoms of excess tiredness and fatigue. You also complain of sleep exhaustion.
Your symptoms can be due to many reasons.

1. Medical Problems:
You have to get your hemoglobin tested to make sure you are not Anemic. Low Hemoglobin can case all the above symptoms
Similarly, get your thyroid profile and Liver Function Tests also.

2. Excess tiredness and Fatigue can be related your lifestyle also. Stress, Lack of Rest, Mental Strain, Lack of Exercise, Poor Eating Habits etc. all can lead to such symptoms. Make sure that you don't have any of those.

If your blood tests are normal, I don't think there is anything to worry. You will need some adjustments in your lifestyle which will be of benefit.
