Why do I feel nausea when I smell or eat any food ?

hi, im Mercedes. im 14. when i smell or eat any food i get nausea . my mom thinks its because i have a really sensitive stomach. i can never get breakfast in the morning because i feel like i ll puke but now its everytime i smell or eat food. whats wrong with me?
