Why Didn't My Foreskin Retract After Having Sex ?

foreskin did not retract for some 8 hours after first time sex. Is it a problem. Also observed when foreskin is folded back, did not experience sexual pressure when tried like that and it did not harden as well. How to deal with it ? Also found few small bumps in groin area
