Why Did I Get Only Spotting Without Any Menstrual Bleeding When I Do Not Have PCOS?
This month I didn t get my period instead got spotting and when i consult doctor she did urine test but it shows negative and then she suggested to take ultrasound scan and thyroid and in the scan they mentioned polycystic changes involving in both ovaries but i scan cysts didn t show .so I need some clarification for this problem

Hi,
The spotting you had around menstrual date is possible implantation of a conceived ovum. The urine test would be positive after 8 days delay in expected menstrual date. Please repeat test at prescribed time. Pregnancy diagnosis within scanning is after 5 weeks of conception. So please be patient and repeat the tests at proper time.
