Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you might be having the anemia or an infection. I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
You can continue to taking the next set of the pills, from the last day of the first strip in spite of the absence of the period.
Take more of the green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to compensate the anemia.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
