Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Fatigue, breathlessness and hair loss are signs of anemia (low hemoglobin levels). It is better you opt for a complete blood work up to identify the problem. Hair fall can be secondary to any illness/stress in the body. The underlying problem has to be corrected to reduce the hair loss.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
