Why Am I Having Round Bruises On My Body?

Hi. i have round bruises with a size of a coin, coming out from my body, it come and goes, the first one appeared on my legs then it went, now i have bruise also on my stomach, is it a serious problem, i have normal CBC, the doctor i saw just gave me Vit c. Thanks
