Why Am I Having Pain In My Chest?

Hi yesterday I had a fever as I went to be sick so much fluid come rushing up I had a almighty pain on the left side of my chest so I went to hospital were they done a ECG and blood tests they come back ok no heart attack but I am still having pains in that particular part of my chest and another part of my chest

I can understand your concern.
Chest pain with fever is seen in lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI - pneumonia).
Your ecg is normal so no need to worry for cardiac diseases.
Pneumonia causes pleurisy (inflammation of pleura). And this causes localised chest pain at the area of pneumonia.
So better to get done chest x ray to rule out pneumonia.
If chest x ray is normal then no need to worry for pneumonia.
You need painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs for pain and fever.
