Hi,

Repeated miscarriages should be investigated thoroughly.Kindly rule out anatomical abnormalities of uterus,Leiomyomas (uterine tumours), Polycystic ovaries,Hypothyroidism, Luteal phase defect/unexplained     Progesterone deficiency,Diabetes mellitus, Endometritis ,Autoimmune diseases and Antiphospholipid syndrome.

Abdominal ultrasound,Thyroid level, blood sugar levels, RA factor and Antiphospholipid antibodies should be investigated. The cause should be identified and treated to avoid repeated miscarriages.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
Dr.Saranya Ramadoss, General and Family Physician
