Hi
Most of the people think a 28 day cycle is the only form of regular cycle and is essential to conceive. In reality any cycle from 25 day to 35 day is considered normal. What happened with you when the Hcg levels were high could have been a biochemical pregnancy, which means your body showed initial chemicals of being pregnant without actual pregnancy. I would advise you to keep trying and also keep a menstrusl dairy. if their is no success in 6-12 months consult a doctor with your menstrual diary.
Thanks
