Hello dear
Understand your concern
Loosing blood is due to some part of conception may still remain inside the uterus. So this part may continuous bleed after miscarriage.
Dizziness is due to blood loss that produce weakness and hypovolemic shock like feature.
Your problem is due to continuous blood loss. My advice is to consult the gynecologist and get the USG done to confirm the retain product of conception. Retain product should be treated by misoprostol or by curratage procedure.
But after treatment you have need proper evaluation of miscarriage and will help in future to get successful pregnancy process.
Take proper rest, healthy diet with iron supplements and if needed blood transfusion.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
