Why Folvite And Ferium Tablets Causing Loose Motions, Nausea And Vomiting And Dizziness?

I am a 56 yr old male. My HB has dropped to 8.4. I have been advise to take Folvite 5mg tablets & Ferium xt . after taking it for last 2days, I have been experiencing loose motions, bad nauseating vomiting sensation & giddiness. I take both the tablets in the morning & also a BP tablet Telma 40 H between them. I would like your advice on this. Thanking you.

Hi,

if I'm assigned to treat you, I will suggest iron tabs. They produces these symptoms, your physician may shift to other tabs [even those can also produce similar effects. Don't take tabs when u eat immediately these foods [whole grain, raw vegetables, bran or drinks with caffeine. Take vitamin C, orange juices or iron tab with lemon water is good option.

[iron rich foods like soybean, lentils, peas, beans, pumpkin, flax garden cress seeds, cashew, pine, mushrooms, green vegetables] these will shortened course of tabs. Do some suksh yoga [online ombw art of living course is good for psychological upsets and blood pressure as its directly proportional to stress and this online happyness course will fastened your recovery also] vitamin C and ascorbic acid are good. For giddiness, please check BP regularly, you may need to alter Telma doses.
