White Thick Discharge From Breast, Soreness, Swelling, Bruising In Breast. Cause Of Concern?

Hi im 17 and i noticed the past month my right breast is leaking a white, thick fluid. there is no chance of pregnancy at all. I noticed it while in the shower and my breast was sore and swollen. I squeezed it and the fluid came out. Now its leaking on its own, swollen, and bruising progressively. should i be concerned ?

Hi, Thanks for query.
It seems that you might have some lump in your breast and giving leaking of white discharge.
This requires evaluation of your case.
Consult your Gynaec and get your both breasts examined.
You may require Mammography to rule out lump of any origin.
Do not delay and consult doctor.
Ok and bye.
