Hello & welcome
if you have any history of fall or trauma few years back, tan this may be a sinus from which pus is oozing out.
Because after trauma sometime pulp get necrosed & lead to formation of periapical granuloma.
If you don't have such type of history this may be a case of gingivitis, for that scaling & deep cleaning required.
i think this information will help you.
thanks & take care

Hello there,
you seem to have infection in your upper tooth and the abscess draining through the root portion or you may have gum abscess. a x ray examination will show the exact picture and will make your dentist to decide the treatment plan. if your tooth is infected you have to get a root canal treatment done or if there is gum abscess you need ultrasonic deep cleaning of gums followed by a course of medication.no worries if you have undergone valve replacement, scaling is completely a non agressive dental treatment, take care

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

After reading your clinical history i suspect that there is pus formation from one of your roots of front teeth i would suggest you to visit the Dentist and get the checkup done take x-rays of the tooth.
If there is presence of infection you have to go for root canal treatment of the tooth followed by prosthetic crown placement.
If it is a gum abscess you have to go for complete mouth scaling, polishing and curettage.
Maintain a good oral hygiene use antiseptic mouthwash rinses.

Hope this helps out.

Regards..
