White Flakes Under The Scrotum. What Is It?

Hello I'm 22 years old and since the age of 15 I have had white flacks only under my scrotam sack of my pubic area. It has never itched, never developed a rash, I have never seen anything crawling around like crabs, there has never been any blotches in my pubic area, it has never spread to anypart of my body nor to anyone else. I'm still not sure what it is, but I know it can't be crabs based off of tge fact I have none of the symptons. What could it be though?

Hi
White flakes under scrotum in the scrotal skin can be calcified sebaceous cysts.
These cysts occur in relation to scrotal skin hair. One of the complication of the cyst is calcification .
They look white and sometimes hard to touch.
They should be removed by surgery only.
No medicines work for this
Consult a surgeon and get them removed
Wish you good health
