Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Dysuria (burning urination) is suggestive of urinary tract infection.
Oral sex can deposit the oral microbes into the genital tract and can cause infection.
Presence of yellow discharge is also indicative of infection.
The infections of the urinary tract can enter the genital tract and vice versa.
So, the first step to be taken is to get urine examination- both routine and microscopy.
If an infectious agent is isolated, culture and sensitivity for most appropriate drug can be done.
Try to avoid sexual contact till the infection is cleared away.

Thanks and take care
