Dear Patient
you need physical examination and assessment first to decide whether we can improve your condition. But generally there is no cure for polio but with the help of reconstructive surgeries we can improve your physical ability.

if his disability is of minor type, and he can walk, without much trouble use stairs, and don't fall while walking , then  you need to  have advice from more than 1 doctor, bcaz some times surgery can servere his condition and he will have to other problems which will be new for him, ( this is an experience)

The possibility of treatment depends on the expansion of the disabillity and his current health status. ther are treatment available for minor disabilities. Physical evaluation by a Orthopaedician will clear the picture.
