Which Specialist Should Be Consulted For Mono Back With Chronic Fever?

I have been running a chronic fever of around 101 for the past year and a half. I was diagnosed with Mono back in 2012, but never had any other symptom other than fever. It has never gone away. I am also less energetic than I used to be. 40yo female. Is going to my internist the best bet, or should I go see an oncologist?

Hi, Internist would be fine to start with. You may be required to undergo multiple tests of bool, urine, stool, LFT KFT, sonography of abdomen to start with diagnosis. Also an X-ray chest and so on. Once the source of fever is found out , it will make treatment easy and fr full recovery.
