Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
H. Pylori is a bacteria lives in acidic medium, so can live in the stomach, causing the peptic ulcer, which causes pain, vomiting bleeding, depending upon the severity.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, dicyclomine hydrochloride, and anaesthetic antacid.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods. Also avoid non vegetarian foods. Drink more of water.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
