Hello syed,
Thanks for posting your query.
The headache of migraine and sinusitis resemble so much with each other.
During pregnancy it is worthwhile to avoid medicines so you should get yourself examined by a physician and if there is sinusitis then get it treated before you get pregnant to avoid medications.
If it is migraine then you can take paracetamol and metoclopramide as required for migraine.
Try to get all the current problems before being pregnant.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have any follow up queries or doubts, you can forward them for me, and I shall be glad to help you.

General & Family Physician Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan's  Response
Hi there,

Thanks for writing in.

Paracetamol can be safely taken for headaches during pregnancy. Another thing to look out for, if you have headache during pregnancy, is blood pressure. Headache could be one of the symptoms of high blood pressure.

If you are prone to frequent cold and sinus infection, I would suggest you make it a practice to drink warm water from now on.

Steam inhalation 3 times a day might help if you have sinus infection and cold.

I hope I have answered your question. Please do get back to me if you have further queries.

Have a great day :)

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
