Which Is The Strongest And Weakest Out Of Oxycodone, Gabapentin And Hydromorphone?
Hello, I was in the hospital over the weekend with a sprained back. They sent me home with way to many pain pills and I am trying to decipher what is what. I was wanting to know which of these is the strongest and which is the weakest. No, I have not been using all of them. So I have Oxycodone APAP (Percocet) - 10-325 MG, Gabapentin 100MG (Neurontin) and Hydromorphone 4 Mg. (Dilaudid). Which one is strogest to weakest?

As the two drugs Hydromorphone and Oxycodone are opioid class of drugs. Out of this hydromorphone is more potent. While Gabapentin is different class of drug and also it is week as a pain killer compared with above two.
