For the last year I've had a lot of hand pain and joints. In the last month I started getting pain in my left foot, shooting and sharp pain mostly on the top and toes. The pain starts at the toe area goes up the front of leg to the knee. The right foot has pain too but the left has become so bad that I'm using my Vicodin (for my migraine) because nothing else is helping. Vicodin only reduces the pain a little. The pain is now keeping me from doing much of anything. The top the foot does get swollen and a little red and warm. Any idea what it could be and what kind of doctor I should see? My husband and I are self pay so we don't go to a lot of doctors. Please help!!
