When Will I Be Relived From Side Effects Of Cephalexin?
I have just completed a 3-day use of 500mg Cephalexin during recovery from knee arthroscopy. The Cephalexin has given me headachey feelings, slight vertigo, along with GI tract disruption. How long before it will take to rid it from my system, and when would pro-biotics become effective?

Cephalexin has excellent safety records. It may produce mild diarrhea. The side effects you have mentioned might not be due to cephalexin; they may be due to other medicines given prior to arthroscopy for reliving pain. As you have taken cephalexin for three days only the GI tract disruptions may become alright in 3-4 days.Pro-biotic are not very essential; they may help in speedy recovery from GI tract disruptions; they are somewhat costly.
