When Can I Expect The Bleeding To Start After Taking Mifeprin Tablet?

I took mifeprin tablet 200mg yesterday night after consultation with my doctor but still now i am not getting any bleeding. On the other han i am feeling weak and lethargic.
I am pregnant for 5 weeks and 6 days.
When should I get bleeding and what are the precautions to be taken.Please Advise

Hi

Bleeding and abdominal pain after mifepristone can take about 24 to 48 hours.

It is generally advised to take prostaglandin analogues like misoprostol orally or vaginally 3 to 4 hours inorder to ensure abortion.

You can wait for 24 hours and consult your doctor again for further management.
