When Can I Expect Relief From Frequent Urination Despite Medication For Cystitis And Bladder Thickening?
Hi, i have frequent urination from past 3 days. I have erectile dysfunction for past 3 years . I am 31 years old. I dont have any pain in pelvic, groin or testicle. But urge to urinate is too much. In urine routine test no bacteria is found. Little trace of microscopic blood is present. Epithelial cells present. But i have urge to urinate every half hour from morning to night. If i drink water it is thoroughly coming out same quantity without retention. In ultrasound scan it is shown as cystitis and bladder wall thickened 4 mm and no retention in bladder. But it is still continuing 4 days even after doctor prescribed mebrevine 200 mg and some effleverscent powder . When i will stop this frequent urination. After how mny days

You are suffering from erectile dysfunction for 3 years. Your frequency and urge to urinate has also increased for 3 days. Your routine test shows traces of blood & epithelial cells. Blood and epithelial cells in R/E urine are indicative of UTI, enlarged prostate, kidney infection, etc.
Your reports show cystitis with thickened bladder wall. Frequent urination could be indicative of cystitis, diabetes, enlarged prostate, overactive bladder, or kidney infection. Consult a GP, get your blood sugar level checked. Antibiotics will be prescribed to treat infections like a UTI if diagnosed.
The treating doctor will manage and treat diabetes, cystitis, prostate issues or other ongoing medical condition that is detected. Get connected to a physical therapist so that pelvic floor physical therapy for overactive bladder will be done. Kegel exercises and pelvic floor exercises will be helpful for ED and urinary leakage. /Incontinence.
