What Causes Frequent Urination And Lower Backache?

I can t remember my last period. It s been a while. I ve been needing to urinate more often and I have low back ache. Could I be pregnant? I haven t done a pregnancy test. I took some over the counter cystitis medication but it doesn t feel like cystitis (I ve had that before) and my lower abdomen feels tight and stretched.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Pregnancy needs to be ruled out when you have delay in getting periods. Also, the other symptoms could also be associated with pregnancy.
Kindly take a urine pregnancy test to know the status and get an ultrasound scan of abdomen done to confirm the same.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for clinical evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
I find this answer helpful
