What Would Be The Additional Sac Appeared In Vaginal Scan?

HI, just been for a scan (virginal) was expecting to be 5weeks 3 days, the nurse said that the sac is measuring the same as last week 4 week 4 days but there is no change and there should be. The other thing is there is now another sac appeared which she said can happen. She wasn't concererned about that sac. I have to go back next week for another scan, she did say that it doesn't look good, Help!!!

1.The possible cause of second sac is dichorionic ( twin pregnancy) or collection with in the uterus - due to failed pregnancy.
2.If gestational sac corresponding to 4weeks 4days at 5weeks 3day - possible cause could be wrong dates, second is inadequate growth.
3.For confirmation you need to have a repeat scan 7 - 10 days later where it will be 6weeks plus.
4.By the time fetal heart rate should able to monitor - confirmatory sign for viable pregnancy.
5.And followup of the second G sac will also confirm collection / fetal pole.
