i have been given potklor thrice a day my sweating is excessive ,i get confused and forgetful all the time,obese, have a dry skin problem i also have acne due to sweating i am 57 years old and i also have a lot of stress problems i bathe often yet my sweat has a horrible odour

Drink plenty of water as much as you can .avoid intake of much salt in your diet . homoeopathic medicine calcarea carb 200 tds does wonders in your case.
