my outer skin of penis is getting hurt and bleeding due any small friction during intercourse and during masturbation also. I am also suffering from urine Infection and kidney stone. Age-31

You need to rule out phimosis and balanitis.Please see a doctor and get examined.
You will need a course of antibiotics also.
