Hi there.
I understand it must be painful.
I do hope you practiced safe sex irrespective of the 'friction' burns.
Please do apply a 1% hydrocortisone cream preferably one that has a combination of Fusidic acid admixed. Apply small quantities allowing the skin to breathe 2-3 times/day.
This issue should settle down in 24-48 hrs if only a friction burn.
Therafter, you may use vaseline or an aloe vera based moisturiser for the are to promote skin regeneration & if available in your part of the world...Bioderma has an excellent product called Cicabio cream that will help regenrate skin quickly.
Good Luck & i reiterate..do practice safe sex always & drink responsibly.
Cheers!
