You can add
topiramate along with the anti depressants to reduce weight. I have seen it showing good response at a dose of 25-100 mg daily.
along with that you shoud--
eat more of salads
take lots of water/liquids
include sprouts in your daily diet.
keep yourself busy, try to be in company of other people so that even when a desire to eat comes, you can avoid actual eating ( as friend will be helpful in distracting that thought).
##Avoid keeping high calorie foods- chocolate, sweets, biscuits, etc. in your home.
When you eat, think if you are feeling bored/ low..then tell yourself that-- eating will not going to help that feeling, and try t do something else, like take a walk or talk to some family member.
