What Treatment Is Advisable For A Paratubal Cyst At The Ovary?

My ultrasound impression says that I have Right Ovarian mass consider fibroma.. Normal sized -Anteverted uterus with thin endometrium .. Normal left ovary Right paratubal cyst.. What do u advice me to do? I have no child yet..but is there possibility to get pregnant with this case..? Thank you
