What To Do To Get Appetite?

hello sir

i was taking ciplactine 4 mg combined with dexona to increase my appetite . but as soon i stop taking it my appetite has been lost. i do not feel hungry all day . when i try to eat forcefully i feel like vomiting . please give some suggestion .

Stop using it & never do it again.
* Always adopt natural ways for getting appetite which are long lasting
without side effects.
- do regular walking in fresh air to rejuvenate all your body cells
- regular exercises at home with YOGA for 40-50 min. daily without failure
- chew food thoroughly
- take plenty of liquids
- avoid oily/ spicy / nonveg stuffs / beverages
- make nutritious diet plan balanced in carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins,
minerals , trace elements , anti-oxidants , fat
- Manuka pure honey , amla , triphla , ginger are best natural appetisers
- quit smoking / alcohol / use of any abuse substances if doing
- avoid stress / anxiety
- have regular sound sleep of 8 hrs
