What To Do In Case Of Blood Shots In The Eye Accompanied With Pain And Coloured Discharges?

Hi.my names deidre and my friends is having some problems with his eyes . About an hour ago there was blood shot in his right eye and he was okay but the pain hurt him a bit now the blood shot has moved into his left eye and causing him worse blood shot and white/yellow/green discharge he has lots of pain in his eye and he feels like his eye is going to fall out and his nose is runny

Blood shot eyes is due to rupture of blood vessel in cojuctiva or sclera. itdoes not migrate from one eye tother. INyour case pain and discharge is associated. redcanbe very mild reason tosevior. Allergy dry eye are mild causes. Discharge and pain means infection is associated.Antibiotic drop analgesic tablet canbetaken. Ofloxacine drop diclofenac tablet will be better.
