What To Do For The Problems Mentioned In The Scan Report Of Pregnancy?
hi. i m 23 weeks of pregnancy and by TIFA scan reports says that, BILATERAL Prominent renal pelvis,AP_ diameter-right 6.6mm,left-7.5mm. Also, both feet are inverted and medially deviated suggestive of mild tallipes. Can you suggest is these can be cured or anything action to be taken now.
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. Bilateral prominent renal pelvis is not worrisome as this can happen due to a distended bladder in fetus. This needs to be monitored with a follow up scan after 2 weeks. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Rakhi Tayal , drrakhitayal@gmail.com
