Hello
Osteomyelitis (bone infection) is usually treated for 4 to 6 weeks with IV antibiotics, such as vancomycin. Night sweats without a fever may be a symptom of the infection itself. May also be due to hormonal imbalances as well (you did not mention age nor sex).
The nausea and loss of appetitie may be due to the infection as well, but may also be a side effect of the antibiotic. The symptoms should go away once you are off the antibiotic. As long as you do not have a rash or severe redness of the skin, you may safely continue the antibiotic.
It is recommended to drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration and you may try ginger for the nausea. If you have a lot of stomach acid production, you may try mylanta or pepto-bismol. Try to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and avoid heavy foods that are fatty and heavy carbohydrates.
Hope you feel better soon
