General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are many medical conditions that can cause anal itchings such as warts, haemorrhoids or anal fissure.

A physical examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis and take proper treatment. Meanwhile, I recommend using Cetirizine for the itching.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
