What To Do For Abdominal Pain,frequent Stools And Vaginal Itching?

Hi. For the past week or so I ve been experiencing abdominal pain, bloating, hyperactive bowel sounds, frequent stools(not diarrheal) & vaginal itching(without any unusual discharge). I have not experienced any nausea or vomiting. My diet has not changed.
