What things should be done to remain safe from heart disease?

Hello,

Can you tell me how to remain safe from heart diseases like:
1)Coronary Heart Disease or Angina.
2)Heart Attack
3)High blood pressure
4)Ischemic heart disease
5)Heart rhythm disorders
6)Tachycardia
7)Rheumatic heart disease
8)Pulmonary heart disease
what should i do and what I should not do.
I want to be always aware about these thing and I always loved to study about heart.
And if there are other disorders or diseases of heart. Would you Pleaze mention them too. Thank's in advance.

Hello
Important question
1- avoid smoking and de rease wine less than 3 per week
2- daily exercise, fast waking or jogging for 30to 60 minutes aday for average of 5/7
3- if above 30 years, check blood sugar and cholesterol, also check blood pressure.
4- healthy balanced diet,, less salt, less sugar and less butter / red meat.
