What Signs Do I Look For In A Child After Falling On The Floor?

My 4 year old slipped and hit her head on my tile floor. She has a quarter sized bump on her head, no blood, and is complaining of pain on her head. Her left eye is slightly pinkish. She is acting normally and Ive been asking her questions e.g. Name, colors, and she is answering everything good. What signs do I look for or what precautions do I have to take?

After head injury due to fall you have to observe for
Vomiting
Lethargy or altered consciousness
Convulsions
In addition to the taking care of the injury.
If any of the above signs are present within 48 hours immediately take him to ER for prompt attention ant treatment.
