What should be the sperm count to enable pregnancy?

Hi sir,
I am male from Pakistan,my age are 28 year and waight are almost 90 kg,according to my seman repot,total semans are:15 and execilent are:0 and good are :2
plz told me ,in this case pergnency may be or not,and advise me medicine fr this treatment ,

theoritically single sperm is sufficient for pregnancy.

But normal count is range from 20 to 120 million/ ml.

motility of sperm is also important.

Here you do not mentioned about it.

On your report i can say it is possible.

There is no specific medicine but healthy diet and healthy life style will help.
