What Should Be The Better Opinion For My Good Health ?

I wonder what should be the better option among the following two: (1). Heavy breakfast and light dinner. (2) Light breakfast and heavy dinner. I think it should be the second option since we sleep at night and hence the stomach should be able to work without any disturbance.

As Dr.Arif Kaware told it is absolutely true. Heavy breakfast and light diner is true. But I would like to add here the breakfast should be healthy, natural, nutritious but not junk and fast foods. The break fast should contain more natural fruits, green vegetables,proteneous, no more oil, rich, fried or spices. The diner should be light

Sorry for the difference in opinion with you but medically the first option of heavy breakfast and light dinner is true.The reason is when you start a vehicle it needs more petrol than when it is running similarly when you get up to start metabolism of our body it needs food and the dinner should be light because when you are tired you don't work more so at rest at night the body machinery needs rest so it is better to do a light dinner because after dinner we sleep putting the body to rest.Also it is said breakfast like a king and dinner like a pauper for a healthy life.
