It keeps you healthy in all ways.
Do not go below it or beyond.
What i mentioned includes for your age and also for adults.
You follow a strict time table daily.
try to get up early since your brain is active during this time, and you can substitute that sleep in afternoon after your lunch since your brain function is lower when compared to morning.
