What Should Be Done About Stitches Coming Off After Surgery?

after having a chalazion surgery, there is a lump, but its getting better now, the only problem i had is that there is a white solid coming out of the stitch/ the place where i got the operation, i can't simply pull them off because its too tight. should i remove it?

Talk to the doctor who did the surgery. S/he should be made aware of any complications that have occurred like this. You will most likely need to be seen. Don't try to take the stitches out yourself. Have your doctor do it and also be sure that an infection has not developed at the surgical site. Hope this helps.
