What Should I Do For Itchy Rash In Vaginal Parts?

I've had a itchy rash in my vaginal parts and my gyne has asked me to use Fucidin ointment in the morning after a bath and and Cadid ointment in the evening. Fucidin burns a lot and I have to take a painkiller every morning. I was prescribed a treatment for 1 week. It's already day 4 but the itchiness and burning is not reducing. What should I do?
