What Should I Do For Headache And Head Palpitations With Blood Pressure ?

Hi I am 32 years of age..prior to my blood pressure reading..i was feeling light headed, having slight headache and heart palpitations..after eating a plate of fruits..i did my reading and it is 107/68 with a pulse reading of 53? Should i be worry..i am still having the same symptoms now...

Hi,thanks for query.Your blood pressure is on lower side.If you have problems like weakness,headache etc.please talk more of fluids and some rest.In case of chest pain with perspiration and discomfort you need to visit your doctor.bye.
