I have gone through your query and can understand your concern... Unprotected sex is a high risk for all types of STD's, specially if it was with a commercial sex worker or a call girl. Almost all the STD's like herpes, syphilis, gonorrhea, warts, and HIV are transmitted through unprotected sexual acts. But your case is different, you wore a condom which broke down in middle of sexual activity. In this case transmission of STDs are unlikely to happen. I would suggest you to learn proper method of wearing a condom so that no air bubble reains in that. Condom breakage usually occur due to its improper wear & not any defect in condom. I would suggest that you visit a sexual health clinic for testing for various STD's at appropriate intervals. Testing at 2 weeks for herpes and at 1 month for syphilis and HIV is advisable. HIV and syphilis should be tested again at 3 months if testing at 1 month is negative.
Moreover, if you notice any growth or ulcer or urethral discharge, you should immediately contact your doctor for the needful.
Take care Hope this information helps
