What Precaution Should Be Taken In Terminal Lung Cancer?
my mother has terminal lung cancer metastized to her brain and other organs. She at home and can't move, talk or eat. lately she can't even hold her own head. My father insist in giving her showers and transfering her from her bed to the chair which involves pulling her arms and her neck being push back when he does it. the last time he did it she had two convulsions, I personally feel she should be taking sponge baths. Am I right?

Dear this is the time you have to face with courage & patience .I fully agree with you that she should be given sponge bath as she is completely dependent and should not be pushed to more miserable condition by pulling and pushing .
