What Medicine To Use For Back And Tummy Pain With Dark Discharge?
Hi I m 20 years and a female. Its going on the 5th day I ve been having terrible pain. I have no insurance and no help. My lower back hurts and my lower tummy. i thought it was kidney stones at first but then i started bleeding so i thought it was my period. After that it turned really really dark. Really getting worried and the pains getting worse. What is wrong with me?

The pain and bleeding could be menstrual. You can take Tylenol and do warm compresses. However, if pain persists then you need to follow up with urgent care to rule out vaginal/uterine infection.
